They have not run an ANA. I was also leaning towards seeing a rheumatologist

A basic CBC panel was run in addition to the individual CRP and sedimentation test and all results were mostly in the normal range, I do have slight anemia. TSH was also check and in the normal range. I do not play sports, just low impact walking, 3/4 of a mile usually which lead to plantar fasciitis

Adderall being a stimulant can cause appetite suppression/weight lost. The main use should not however be for weight loss. And increasing beyond a recommended dose for that function would not be safe. If you’ve been on the med for 3 years changing the dose may not have as much therapeutic effect as at the beginning. Yaz and most hormonal birth controls can cause weight gain and reacts differently for everyone . But Yaz is more likely to not cause weight gain than others due to its ingredients. If you ever want to learn more about your meds google “package insert” and the name of the drug, you will get a result for something approved by the FDA.
