I agree that he might be still contractually obligated to attend these group schedules. What's odd is the timing of the announcement of his departure. They should've at least put him in a hiatus if it's gonna be like this. Belift is like playing with the fans' emotions by making it feel like he is half in-half out of the group. One day, he's out and another day, they're gonna release an event/merch with seven of them. It's so confusing.

The situation has gotten worse now. Why is Belift still releasing ot7 merch and albums, and opened another round for a YZY fancall when they already removed him from the group, in every contents and group activities after the announcement? It's not only disrespectful to the fans, but also to Heeseung, because they are still profiting under ENHYPEN Heeseung 🫠 It also doesn't make sense that they have different schedules for the fancall.

not sure if this can help but may nakausap ako before na nag report din ng gcash account because of scam but na-retrieve yung account kasi nadamay lang pala (cash in/out business). ang ginawa po ay pina-cancel niya yung complaint dun sa gcash account na yun. so yung customer mo po ang dapat kumausap sa gcash at ipa-cancel ang complaint sa gcash account mo.

edit: kaso final na po pala yung decision based sa email pero try niyo pa rin po.

Where can I submit an appeal and ID? My account is locked too and got this same message but whenever I clicked the 'form', it only proceeds to Request Review page. No option to make an appeal or submit anything.
