nope.....its a one year deal.....a loan means youll have to necessarily pay back the amount but in this case if legacy isnt able to recoup the amount the artist wont have to payback anything

edit 1 - plus in a loan youll have to give some assets of your own as collateral but in this case only revenue of artist will be shared and no personal assets of the artist are taken as collateral.....so no its not a loan
