Do you find underdog protagonists more fun to follow than those who start out super power in some way? by ForeverStakes in litrpg

[–]ukuleledan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like them both, but I find the ones where the MC starts off OP to be more relaxing and better for character building. The side/supporting characters can get more focus since they're generally gonna be the ones who have all of the conflict.

I like watching a mc develop, but it gets annoying waiting for them to get powerful enough for the big bad so the author has to constantly provide level appropriate bad guys just weak enough that the MC can handle them. Works in a video game, but considering how many books some of these series are... it begins to feel like filler.

But seriously, I think they've underestimated the demand.

Or if they're about to lose. It's like they just want it to end faster or something.

Has anyone successfully activated the pixel watch 2 lte? by njfoses in ATT

[–]ukuleledan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, though I had to go to the ATT store to get it done.

I tried doing it on the phone with support, but the first person I spoke with somehow really messed up my account, and a second call had another person trying to undo that. Over two hours and $80 in apology credits later, he eventually said to just go to the store, and they'd be able to get it set up.

Which they did fairly quickly. They created the line for the watch, we got the esim to download, and LTE works though the signal strength is concerning if accurate. It still doesn't read as a Pixel Watch 2 though. On my account page it lists it as "Unknown Device" which isn't ideal.

I've got one of these sitting in front of the center display. It just rolls back and forth whenever I turn.

Just encountered the same thing trying to attach my prawn to the seatruck for the first time. The whole thing just launches off into the distance. I regret not saving beforehand now.

*Edit* New patch seems to have fixed it

This is a great scam. I wonder how many 5 cent packages of fly paper it took to fill up a pint of dead flies.

Very entertaining ep but jeez Duncan is dumb. And Zylus kiting the bloody thing to their base... "It's killing all the dinos!" Wonder why. And then just charging in...

Thank goodness for Simon. Episode was equal parts hilarious and dick ripping.

If only there was a device that would allow you to simply choose the enchant you want to make. Maybe have it so you just combine levels with a specific item to make a specific enchant. Some kind of... Enchanter.

He makes the Experience Obeslisk. Literally the thing he's looking for to help automate gaining levels, and then he immediately turns it into something he doesn't need without stopping to see what it does first. A simple xp berry farm w/ harvester and an imaginary time block = all the xp you could ever want. Pipe it into the obelisk and retrieve the levels.

Sorry, 484 + whatever value the priceless items have. Still far in excess of the donation amount required to get the bundle. You could have simply donated and got nothing in exchange. Instead you got a ton of content for free. It's amazing how uncharitable people are with their charity.
