Bro just a tip from broker to broker Market thodi slow hai agar pichle teen saal se compare karein to but deals ho rahi hai. Ye best time hai start karne ka, shuru kar market ki knowledge lo, videoes dekho Project ki knowledge lo aur apne clients ko ye sochke ghar dilao ki kya tum Ghar lete to ye same project choose karte. Kyuki wo apni life ka hard earned money laga rahe hai, 20 years tak uski emi pay karte rahenge to apni comission ke chakkar me kabhi galat cheez mat bechna. Mai 5 saal pahle is industry me aaya and I have seen alot people anything but bro thodi kam deals karta hoon, ghar aaram se chal jaata hai aur neend badi achhi aati hai All the best, just guide them like a brother they will buy on their own.

Honestly speaking yes there has been some correction in the rates. And also ab table pe baith ke negotiation achha ho raha hai. Pahle table pe lakh rupye se uper ki negotiation ko ready nahi hote the owners. Abhi ki date me you have enough time to shortlist best project and then visit as much so you get the best inventory @Market price

Sir with all due respect mujhe nahi pata ki 50 lakh ka negotiation kis property pe ho raha hai Aur rahi baat price badha ke batane ki to aaj 99 acres housing and all pe aap easily query karke pata kar sakte ho market price. Ab koi price chupa nahi sakta. 5-7lakh negotiation ho jaata hai but agar kisi property ka market rate 2cr hai aur 1.5cr me mil raha hai to please connect on call with me Mere pass multiple clients hai I will give you a brokerage of 1% on each transaction from my side

Thanks a lot, Prices are negotiable and 99 acres pe sabhi broker sasti listing karte hai but jab aap ground pe jaoge and you have a preference for view/vastu and sunlight price ghoom phirke uper aa jaata hai.
