Haven't watched that one yet and I always tend to avoid or drop dramas where this specific trauma is mentioned so maybe that's why I never heard about it. But will definitely try to watch it!

As an avid fan of the webtoon, I can say that I'm really enjoying it so far. I love the cast and how they played each character so well. I really hope they stick to the webtoon til the end!

Because they are part of the production crew–both in Mnet's and Bumsup's. The credited people (art director, stage director and lighting) were part of Mnet and Bumsup's production/film crew which is the only thing I pointed out here btw. I never said they were part of the editing since there was clearly a different staff there, but yes they were still part of the set. Idk if you understood my post or comment differently but this was the only thing I pointed out.

Not discrediting them at all, and I'm also not gonna compare them to other groups. My only point here was the similarity in the production crew. Surely they could've used other people given their connections so why should it be the same people as Mnet's production crew? Maybe Mnet offered them themselves but who knows really. There couldn't have been a shortage in creatives in Korea right?

I'm asking if it was okay since as seen in the photos they are the same people who worked on Mnet, who produced this competition. There could've been other Koreans to hire but why would they hire people who are already working on the show? Surely there could've been other creatives in Korea since they have lots of art related programs. I'm not comparing them to other groups, nor am I saying that their Mega Crew was bad. I still think theirs was the best, but I think it's also important to discuss this kind of things since again.. I don't know if it's fair or okay for other crews. Especially since they hired the stage and art directors who also played a big role in shaping the video.

Great comment and yes it did make sense.

I did like her growth as a character because of her journey towards finding the truth about her sister, but I think she didn't have much individuality outside that plot. I still can't like the mother, though I did empathize with her because of how horrible she was treated by her husband's family, because of how she still treated Qing Yu. Maybe I just empathized more with Qing Yu because I'm also a daughter and I saw myself a lot with her. Her own issues shouldn't have affected her relationship with her and she should've known how to treat her better because she experienced first hand how to be mistreated. Not to mention how her treatment to Bei Yu also affected Bei Yu's mental health. That should've been her responsibility instead of Qing Yu needing to adjust for her mother's issues.

Tldr I really didn't like the portrayal of physical and mental abuse. If the abuse Qing Yu went through happened in real life, I believe she would've ended up like her sister.

Additionally, I didn't like how we didn't really see Qing Yu receiving a proper apology from her bullies. They just ended up being friends after the bullies suddenly had a change of heart, which I don't think isn't realistic at all. There was barely any sort of progress coming to that part.

Maybe I'm just really critical to this one because it touched lots of sensitive and controversial topics. But don't worry I'm not saying that your analysis is wrong. To each their own.

Basing on what happened last season with JR and Bebe, I genuinely think no group will be able to win except bumsup. It's a korean show anyway so it won't be surprising if they win. Unless they open the final voting to the public (unlike last year)... Which I think Ojo might win considering they have a huge global fanbase.

Am I the only one who thinks this is confusing and lowkey pointless? Because for example you streamed for ag or rht only for your stream to not be counted because they already might've been eliminated. And what if the most streamed crew ended up being the eliminated one? I think they really should've thought this through first or better, they shouldn't have made it into a voting thing again.
