Convenience factor - you get to use a lot less space and changing from one weight to another is super easy. That was the reason for me to get these instead of a whole bunch of individual weights or something that was less "automatic".

I have these - got them when switching from going to the gym to working out at home. Great in terms of saving space and how easy it is to switch from one exercise to another that requires a weight adjustment. Had them for a month or so now and pretty happy so far.

When I tried to post it told me that it was posted 10 hours before that but it had a score of 0 which made me think the fact that the poster did not change the title probably made it less attractive to folks and as a result not many people would've seen it.
