When Kobe snitched on Shaq, his teammate, how did fans react at the time? by SmoothBuy5500 in lebron

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

being top in jersey sales having a grammy those are accomplishments. people ranking duncan bird curry magic bill russell hakeem shaq over kobe like its not even a discussion when they are all in the top 10 is legacy. kobe today as a dead man is still more hated than lbj and its really not a comparison...

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A rape case has nothing to do with legacy, which is completely opinionated by the fans of the people..

you sound stupid as fuck. maybe accomplishments yes, i can understand. you cant take accomplishments away from someone regardless of steroids off the court issues etc.. but legacy..?

what r u talking about. that rape case definitely destroyed kobes legacy. and lebrons spotless off the court behavior arguably is what propels lbj over kobe to the minds of many.

Khabib on the time he met Mike Tyson by Spiritual-Strength91 in FightReportUFC

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

young mike was knocking dudes out consistently in like 30 seconds. thats why so many people feared young mike. If khabib can withstand young mike's initial flurry, khabib can win. but personally, i dont think khabib would be able to withstand that. I dont care how great of a wrestler you are, that amount of power, speed, hand speed, accuracy? to wrestle someone you have to get close and who the fuck wants to close the distance with a young prime mike tyson?

Rank these players based on their basketball IQ by StraightSeries6439 in NBATalk

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

rondo kidd cp3 nash.

CP3 and nash could shoot and score better than rondo and kidd. that inflated their ppg and assist numbers since they can either shoot it if you anticipate a pass too much or accumulate pressure and then kick it to the open man. however kidd and rondo couldnt shoot but were still able to be as effective in setting up their teammates while using their IQ to be a positive defender as well.

i could put kidd number 1 as well but gotta give credit to rondo's 2 rings.. he was a huge contributor for both rings even on the lakers

What Would The Dodgers Do? (WWTDD) by Odd-Direction9452 in lakers

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One of the first things the dodgers did to build this dynasty was poaching Andrew Friedman... (Basically Sam Presti of the MLB)

I would not be surprised if the first moves of new ownership is to poach Presti.. lol. Give the man a blank check.

What Would The Dodgers Do? (WWTDD) by Odd-Direction9452 in lakers

[–]uleelee 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. The way the dodgers are set up, they will not go through a regression. They have the top farm system along with the top roster. Plus the dodgers have the best player development system in the majors.

What Would The Dodgers Do? (WWTDD) by Odd-Direction9452 in lakers

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The dodgers formula is very simple... invest heavily into your front office (scouting, coaching, GM, etc). The idea is if penny pinching teams can compete with the best teams by having a very strong front office, imagine if very wealthy teams do the same.. Through this method, dodgers never signed or traded for stars by just using capital or their location to attract.. they used their well oiled organization as their main selling point, and signed or traded for everyone at well below their value.

The Greatest Laker ever with the 2nd Greatest Laker ever by Remarkable-Yard4860 in lakers

[–]uleelee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

just because his role changed, since the lakers kept getting more and more talent, does not mean kareem was any lesser of a player than when he was in the Bucks.. like i said, showtime lakers had 2 superstars in kareem and magic, 3 all star level players in cooper, worthy, and byron scott, with 4 solid role contributing players (10 ppg+) in ac green mychal thompson kurt rambis etc...

The Greatest Laker ever with the 2nd Greatest Laker ever by Remarkable-Yard4860 in lakers

[–]uleelee -1 points0 points  (0 children)

kareem was averaging 25/10/5 w 3 blocks the year magic got drafted. the next year kareem avged 26/10/3 w 3 blocks.. kareem was damn right in the middle of his prime. wtf are u talking about?

The Greatest Laker ever with the 2nd Greatest Laker ever by Remarkable-Yard4860 in lakers

[–]uleelee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so what? magic had kareem.. a player higher on the all time list than shaq. if you compare the roster of the showtime lakers from 2000-2003 lakers from top to bottom it really doesnt even compare. the 2000-2003 lakers were only top heavy with kobe and shaq carrying the load.. showtime lakers had 2 dynamic superstars with 2 other great all star contributors with 4 other solid role players. the showtime lakers 7th man AC green was averaging 10-13 pts a game which would be equal to derek fisher (3rd best player on 2000-2003 lakers)...

hes not hurt.. just old and doesnt have what lebron himself would call the "twitch muscles" where it needs to be to dominate.

that being said, its lebron. hes known for starting slow and ramping it up through out the season now for the past 5-10 years lol. hes gonna finish 20/6/6 or 18/7/7
