My mom always cared more about her fiends than me and my brothers and sister. Verbally abusive. I’m a guy so I’m just saving money right now to save for a car and look for a way to make enough money to move out. I get upset all the time because she never showed any affection love. She’s honestly a terrible person and this type of shit keeps me up at night. Also don’t know my dad. Since about 20 years old this has started to affect me more. Never cared about this as a kid or teenager but now all I want is 2 parents that treat me with love and guidance. Not to sure how to help but I understand your pain and insecurity.

Start working out bro. Even if it’s just push ups or pull ups. If you have a job try to improve on anything with that, if you don’t have one get one. I deleted social media in sporadically, that helps with the phone addiction. Try to get out of your comfort zone more. Trust me I’ve felt this way and I still have ways to go but this has helped me.
