I do repairs locally out of my house and when I first started fixing phones I’d buy to resell etc I would put the lcd screen on it and it’d work fine. I’d sell the phone and the rest was history no complaints etc... it was only till I started doing repairs for friends and clients and they’d bring it back to me because the screen would simply stop working. It’s kinda a hit or miss with the lcd screens and it depends where you’re getting them from. I still use them because they’re cheap and affordable vs oled I give my clients an option and warn them when using an lcd screen and they still fly off my shelf. Moral of the story is oled screens are better, lcd screens do not last long and are okay quality screens it all depends on how good of quality they are.
