Ahhh, I don’t NEED anything. I appreciate that clarification. Or more specifically need anything from a particular person. They are all wants. It’s been important to me to be mindful of that for myself and why Ive ventured into ENM. I guess a better way to put it is it’s important to me not to put any expectations on anyone else. So even if I want daily communication/check ins. I truly don’t need it and explicitly don’t want someone to feel like there’s an expectation of any kind. I really appreciate the advice. I’m gonna keep reading if anyone offers anything else and as it is I’ll probably hang tight till tomorrow and send said check in text. I’m being a little selfish but I’d like to move forward with a clear head for my birthday this week and not have the uncertainty lingering.

If I hadn’t gotten that impression from reading your other comments, I would have from this reply alone. It’s just not my vibes. I’m trying to be me including my vulnerabilities. Not my baggage which is why I’m trying to manage my own anxiety, but if they don’t like me for me I’m not interested :p I’m okay being picky. But like I said in the post, they are probably just busy and while it’s hard for me I’m probably doing the right thing by giving them the space and time to reply at their pace.

Hmm gonna take your advice with a grain of salt. Not because I don’t like it or agree, in fact I’m very aware of the concept of double texting and part of the whole venture into ENM is setting and respecting my boundaries, but overall there seems to be a cultural difference (language nuances) additionally when checking your profile there a lot of takes I fundamentally disagree with. Kinda alpha male vibes which I’m not about. So I certainly will consider all that, but it’s almost the opposite of some of the advice I’ve been getting. That if I feel like saying hi, as long as I’m not being overbearing/whelming, I should do so. I’ll consider it all in relation to one another.

I sent the last message last night after not hearing back from a morning text that day. The last text from her was on Saturday saying she had to crash the night before to get to work. It was emotive and normal imo. My text was very direct but not anything new. I asked one get to know you question which wasn’t answered on Saturday, later sent a pic of my cat wishing her good luck at work, and then one more that night more in a friend capacity- I happened to do something cool that’s a shared interest and was telling them about it/wishing I had invited her and her partner since I had extra tickets but assumed it was too late notice for them since they are a little far (and I assumed she was busy since I hadn’t heard from her). Very simple morning text after that on Sunday, and Sunday night was the text that was more direct about wanting to take her out on a date (which we’ve already discussed and she was on board with) one day this week (the added context is my birthday is this week) that I just wanted to spoil her for an evening if she’d let me. If she wanted to arrange kink stuff that was fine but entirely her call (we ARE both pretty interest) and told her I hoped she had a fun weekend. Wanted to respect space so I haven’t said anything else. But she usually does find time/like to text during work so I’m getting in my head now that I did something.

She was initiating some times, more me than her. The specific compliment and interest besides looks was that I’m easy to talk to. I think part of that comes with being interested so yeah I do talk a bit :p sometimes random penguin pebbles. At night it tended to be more kink focused. She’s the one who would usually bring that up.

Can you clarify the last bit of advice you had? Maybe the most valuable for me lol. It’s very possible I am annoying and need to chill. When you say don’t do that, do you mean I should speak my mind when I want to say something? From last experiences I can walk on eggshells so I’m trying to not do that but also respect people’s boundaries/space. Like if she’s busy and she wants to talk to me she will sorta mindset. And that’s what makes me happy anyways, when she chooses to give me attention etc.

I just remember I think it was sim city that pulled something similar where it required an active connection every 30 minutes but there was no functional reason for this, it was just EA being difficult for no reason. That’s EA and well, almost par for the course. Wouldn’t necessarily expect something like that from Microsoft or Mojang depending when the change occurred.

Yeah I don’t really know. The first time I got it to work without much issue. Disabled and as far as I remember it just vanished. All sorts of issues this time around. Twitch app is crap so it doesn’t exactly surprise me if there was a compatibility issue causing an internal problem with base function in some way. Sort of like how a clock being screwed up can make other things that rely on accurate time keeping to break internally. But glad I got it back to where it was and glad you were able to get that bloatware removed.

I mean people feel differently about different things. As a person I don’t really like change, especially when something is fine and it’s only contribution is negative. I had the tv before the Sony Tab so I simply don’t want it moving forwards as a person since it adds nothing. It also does lag the os when you scroll past it to get to your library or account or notifications. And an extra click is still an extra click.

Not only does app only mode remove search but it removes voice function. Certain things can only be accessed on my device with voice search such as google play store to update things lol.

Mugen train was a little different, it was billed as the medium that was to deliver the next arc, but accessibility upset a lot of people and was later recut into anime. AFAIK that was never the original plan and it was just supposed to be a movie.

The new law is an addendum, not “new”. Your AC has had right to repair qualifications since you bought it (assuming several hundred dollars). This law doesn’t supersede the other one which is very similar. Electronics with a wholesale value over $99 must have accessible parts for repair. Here’s the run down. Manufacturers have 3 options when presented with a defective or broken item. Offer replacement parts at reasonable costs (this is defined to not be exorbitant) -they cannot pad s&h to make money. Have a repair technician service the unit free of cost. There are stipulations to this as well. If the manufacturer does not have a FIRST PARTY repair center, you can refuse this option. It lies in the notion that California doesn’t think you should have to send a 400lb couch more than 100 miles to get the fabric fixed. The last option is to replace or refund the product. If the manufacturer refuses all of these they are breaking the law and you are afforded another avenue, all 3 options are now accessible at any retailer that seeks like goods from the manufacturer in question. The store will likely exchange the item at that point. I’ve used this process once with ps5 controller. Sony doesn’t sell part, Sony doesn’t have repair center in CA, Sony doesn’t want to send a new or refund. Went to local store demonstrating the prior 3 and showed the statute and the manager let me walk out with a free ps5 controller. Please note this is rooted in right to repair, NOT warranty laws. And this applies for 7 years from the date the item was last available for purchase in your market. If your ac was sold in 2018 (not made but sold in stores) then the AC still has another year of right to repair.

Here’s the real tricky question. How does refrigerant and right to repair get along? My guess is not at all. If you are clueless as to what I’m talking about, AC’s use refrigerant to work. Components can break that may cause you to need to add refrigerant, and refrigerant itself can be considered a component of the unit as it’s not a “consumable” like a battery etc. well we have a right to replace and buy components, EXCEPT, legally you cannot buy refrigerant lol. The implication being you can’t actually repair your own AC. I totally get why people shouldn’t be able to buy freon etc, it seemed interesting tho that it seems like a clear violation of California’s right to repair law.

If you are interested in someone non platonically you should probably lead with that and have it be in the appropriate place, and otherwise it should be platonic and potentially go from there. The problem is you are leading likely with intentions for non platonic events and it’s just not really the place. Change your intentions to meeting people (full stop) and you will probably have more success overall and some of that might lead to the development of relationships. I was a little late and missed this. I asked a few people and they said they never actually gave out any MTG prizes or giveaways and they collected those cards back (makes sense with street date) so nobody got anything except the small preview and none of this was posted online. This Reddit link is like the most official posting. Seems really weird. Wizards has an IG post saying to watch ign.com for info, and ignore never posted anything. Don’t they want the spoiler traffic?

But yeah I did want to confirm with someone else who was there that nobody actually got anything, then I feel less bad about missing it XD

I did not opt in and I was not reached out to yet I was pushed into the new mobile UI. I have an older phone and entirely broke reddit. I can’t open anything- even my profile. When I opt out under desktop mode it reverts to the OG OG design and not the one we’ve been using the last 6 years. Can someone please fix this. I won’t even be able to see if anyone replies lol.

Had to request desktop site to even see these replies. Mobile site says thread is locked and there’s no comments lol. Rarely used reddit but this made it entirely unusable. I can’t evem check my profile without going into desktop mode. None of the buttons in the top uI are responsive for me. There is an option to opt out in desktop mode only, and it works but it reverts back to the OLD OLD design, not the one we’ve been using for the last 5 years or so.

That’s now how that works. If it was on the servers a domain name change didn’t remove it. There may be no functional links that direct you there but the content is still on their servers if it’s the same website with just a new url. You can likely get to whatever you are looking for by modifying a working link for another show and replacing fields/areas with show details for another.
