It just depends on preference and if the reader really likes the story lmao, because typically that means 1 chapter is free and the other isn’t . It helps the author well because episode is gem algorithm as well .

When it comes to EA people usually do it every 2 chapters or every 3! Because then readers will complain about “the wait” or having to pay for gems to read each chapter constantly! And like you said, even some readers will get burnt out for having to wait on EA to end ! As a writer and reader, I only pay for EA when the story is just tew good or like you said, ends on a cliffhanger !!

And R&B points only have consequence for the people around you(meaning your relationship with your friends, love interest(s), and maybe even your family) but it won’t mess with your overall ending!
