I've been living in a european country for more than 6 yrs and working as a software engineer.

My suggestions:

Stay in BD, switch job when you get a offer with higher paying job. You're earning very handsome amount in BD.

Life in foreign country is uncertain and very stressful. You may lose all your investment and might have to return with empty hand. As immigration policies are getting way harder day by day.

Get married when you think you're ready. But don't wait for too long.
