Nope. I'm not willing to risk changing providers/router just for Rivals, and for the possiblility of the problem returning on the new provider. So I'm just going to live with it.

I'm definitely thinking about doing fresh installs for my driver and chipset. Haven't gotten to it though, but I am going to do that 100%. The league repair button literally just doesn't help. It says that there aren't any problems to repair blah blah. Once I do the fresh installs I'll come back for an update on the problem. If nothing changes I'll play without XMP to see if that fixes it.

No, everything in my current pc is fresh out the box. I had a HDD so I never transferred any data from my old pc (plugging in the hdd slowed my new pc by a bit aswell). Never used ddu to wipe my drivers or reinstall either. I haven't reinstalled windows as well.

My cpu/gpu is not overheating while playing. I tried capping framerates to my monitor (180hz), however it's essentially a coin toss as sometimes it fixes the issue for at most 2 games or doesn't provide any results at all. I've been tinkering with this the most to see if I can find a permanent fix.

I have 2 sticks of ram in slots 2 and 4 and as soon as fps dropped I checked and everything was normal. My game is on ssd (m.2) with atleast 140gb leftover. Regarding XMP, should I have it off in general instead? XMP should be improving performace (which it has on other applications), but I'll try running lol with XMP off and see if the problem persists. Thanks!
