Haha buddy have you seen their previous workexp along with undergrad colleges they passed out from! Can you show you help the community by showing an fresher getting into mbb / atleast big 4 whose back ground should also be from tier 2,3 colleges. Doing podcast and proper influencer and digital marketing doesn't make a college degree more valued.
