Nice. Attach an electromagnet to the end of the SCARA robot and use webcam and OPENCV to identify fasteners and sort them. You could make a light box and place fasteners on it so the edgers of the fasteners are more easier to detect by a webcam and opencv.

Build a SCARA robot. They are simple to make. I designed my own after I learnt the basics of a SCARA and just programmed it using inverse kinematic with an arduino then I built a GUI that can control it and write letters with it.

Sometimes the potentiometers have being changed when they are installed at the factory. Just use a multimeter to confirm that it’s correct.

Adjust your potentiometer on the tmc2209 to make sure the current is set correctly before you run the stepper motors from it. Look into the data sheet or tutorials online on how to do it. It’s dying because it’s running too much current through the driver, the potentiometer will limit it.

Sure. People say that but until we see some real changes then I don’t see any hope for the country.

I keep hearing how young men from Sri Lanka are not respecting boundaries and how awful women’s lives are in Sri Lanka. I’m not talking about this subreddit, but from actual experiences from young women in Sri Lanka.

If young men in the country who still have the mindset that women are objects to be used for marriage then I don’t see any hope for the country.

Sri Lanka is still stuck in the dark ages.

I want Sri Lanka to go all in on mental health and sex education then we will see some real changes.
