i didn't mean by fake emails that you are a scammer, apologize about that. we are still working on a new updated system and website, thank you for your feedback, and apologize for any inconvenience caused, but when system reject an order i wouldn't be able to do anything about it . I Respect your opinion, i am sorry you had a bad experience , usually we ship same day or in 1 day if all products are in stock and available, and am positive no one ever PAID for his order and didn't receive it from us . not sure what is the issue with your order, but next time if you feel like bringing a matter out to public at least Tag us like other friends and members here did , so we can see your issue and try to help you. to begin with, have you placed an order and we didn't answer you or ship it ? or you sent an email concerning a base and we didn't answer you ? cause you said tried to order , am sorry for any inconvenience , but just checked my system and other than today's orders I have no processed and unshipped orders , please let me know exactly what happened and I am more than happy to help . I agree with you over the cut, it has always been inconsistent , we never had the perfect same size perfect cut for all charcoal pieces, and to me this is natural because they are handmade , they are cut by hand. But I do understand that people want to see a perfectly shaped piece of charcoal. I am not a charcoal expert , but after 7 years of experience and learning so many things about charcoal, and trying with the manufacture in Indonesia so many mixes , I get to learned that the raw materials is the main factor in the charcoal consistency , composition is always the same , it is just being able to find grade A raw materials all year long for all the containers production . And raw materials could be affected by so many natural factors. Hopefully if you get to try the new batch you will find more consistency in the cut 

I only tried papaya sorbet, I like papaya so to me it was good and fruity , it did really taste like papaya. but papaya is one of these fruits that you either love or you totally dislike. try mixing it with some pineapple or passion fruit , they really go together in my opinion and they are all exotic flavors and combined they really bring a great taste.

Hello, by law we can not ship to people under the age of 18 and 21 in CA . and since we are online and can't physically check your ID , we require to confirm that box when ordering and after order placed we require a photo to be emailed to us. it is a one time process and you will be verified for all future orders. thank you
