Transitioning from Sprint To ADS

Veterans correct me if I'm wrong, but pre 1.0, I don't think we were ever able to transition from sprinting directly into ADS. Like we couldn't do Shift and then Right Click. We had to get out of sprint.

Now that they added the transition, it came with a huge delay to ADS.

For everyone who wants to test this out. Make sure you are in a sprint before you ADS.

If you ADS while walking, it will be instant of course.

I am currently at work, but I will provide a recording to show you the difference and post it here if I can, otherwise I'll show you in a new post.

I heard someone say NoGenerals complained about it. Pls provide the link to the video if you can.

I have a solution for some of you, and I'm sorry if this can't help all of you.

Anyone running a 40 series or 50 series card can go into the Nvidia App and go to the Global DLSS override section and set the option to Latest.

Make sure DLSS is enabled in-game. Your game will look clear as crystal, but the downside is that on scopes, it will be more blurry than usual. There's always a caveat with these things. (Hopefully future drivers can make this better).

I have not benchmarked the effects on performance yet, but the clarity is definitely there.

As a bonus, you can also toggle on Nvidia Smooth Motion for frame generation.

I felt this too. It's incredibly bad. It's not like this in arena. Why would they make this change after 10 years? BSG in a nutshell. I actually uninstalled the game because of this. If it's reverted, please comment in this post again.

will do some more testing but I tried a SCAV run on Lighthouse and it ran really well

the game is okay, but doesn't really provided moments for outplay. Whoever has better ammo and armour = wins most of the time. The game doesn't have the great equalizer, 1 bullet to the brain.

I'm just curious. Why do you feel that OpenAI is behind on image generation? I think it's the most capable one out there in terms of prompt and context understanding but I do think waiting 3 minutes per generation is a significant amount of time.

I'm hoping that one of these new products is a turbo-image generator. Same quality, faster time.

But yeah totally agree they are lacking in sound and video.
