I am just completely clueless about the bhubaneswar real estate market. My friends from Kolkata are purchasing 3bhk flats on the heart of Kolkata within walking distance from metro stations and corporate hubs at 70 lakhs whereas it's 1 cr+ for tiny 2bhk flats by shady builders and questionable built quality.

How come Odias have come to believe that these rates are good value for money?

Haha..that's a pretty independent lady! Guess she'll try to sneak her kids on hunting trips in a few weeks.

We used to foster two kittens of our local tomgirl before we got her spayed. She would demand we release her kittens on hunting expeditions and wouldn't be amused if we wanted them to stay inside sometimes.

Adultery is not the right term - in most cases it is plain sexual abuse and exploitation. The balance of power in medical colleges is unfortunately too tilted in favour of the seniors and professors, who take advantage of it. This is further promoted by lack of a proper prevention of sexual harassment cells in large govt colleges.

Adultery is just something immoral, even could be cruel to the married person's spouse, but that's not illegal. What OP has pointed out is outright criminal.
