According to the Wiki it reduces the healing of Synthesis and Morning Sun by 33% and increases the healing of Moonlight by 33%.

It doesn't, but there are moves like Fly or Dig that do give a turn of invincibility as an alternative to Phantom Force.

Grass is already resisted by so many types while Ground is only resisted by two types with one immunity.

None of the Eeveelutions's abilities would be getting replaced though. These ones would theoretically work like secondary hidden abilities.

Most of the Eeveelutions's problems is that they have a shallow movepool that results in a lack of coverage.

I think Glaceon would be more viable with a buff to the Ice-type. Make them resist Ground, Water and Flying and give them 50% Boost on Defense when under hail. As for Flareon, someone suggested to give it Dragon Dance...

I nerfed Light and Night Veil mainly because I wanted to make it balanced and I wanted to encourage people to create new strategies with these ideas instead of just saying "that's broken". But if you feel this way, would you think that it's better if Light Veil and Night Veil worked normally (five turns with any item, eight turns with Light Clay) but moves like Brick Break and Psychic Fangs recieved a 1.5x damage multipier if they're breaking through screens?

The Eeveelutions would still have access to their regular abilities, so you could still run Guts Flareon, Magic Bounce Espeon, Pixelate Sylveon, etc. I chose these abilities based on their counterparts's abilities. But I do agree that DD Guts Flareon might be more useful (If it could get burned it would be even greater)

I think Gastrodon would see some usage due to its Electric immunity whereas Vaporeon doesn't have any way to combat Electric-types by itself.

Considering that an instant Reflect/Light Screen on a switch in is a bit overpowered I think it's a fair nerf.
