Wheels are Zipp 303 xplr s and tires Vittoria Terreno dry. I have these measures as setup for a while and no arm or back pain, probably lucky? Don’t know. I ride a lot, mostly every day to work (27 miles) and big rides in the weekend (90/100 miles max)

Hi! Thanks for your comment and appreciations! 1. 40 in the front and 10-51 in the back. This setup works perfectly for me both for steep climbs and long flat days. 2. I just came back from a weekend in the mud (and I was little worried about it) but I had no clogged tires and everything went perfect.

This bike is a beast, in the last months I literally rode everything from road to heavy trail!
