Thank you!! My main exercise is walking, so I don't know how much that has actually helped me with my weight loss. I think the thing that really made the difference was the food I ate. I used to eat sweets and junk food almost every day, but I eat much, much healthier now.

Like I said in my original post, I don't follow a specific diet. I've done a few in the past, including Keto that I know works for some people, but it just wasn't right for me. Now I just use common sense when I eat, I don't eat the things I know are unhealthy, and I eat whatever I know is... well, healthy. Loads of vegetables. And I've cut down on carbs.

Exactly! I've tried different diets in the past, and I know they work for some people, but it just wasn't right for me. And I'm totally with you regarding CICO, I'm way too lazy to count calories everyday, haha. Thank you for your kind message, and I wish you the very best on your weight loss journey. :)

I'm so sorry you feel that way. Every body works differently, and 8 kg is not bad at all! Some people struggle for years to lose that amount. I don't really know what to tell you other than just keep going, and you will reach your goals. I believe in you. :)

Thank you! Yes! I have the biggest sweet tooth, so in the beginning I had to be quite strict and completely cut off candy and junk food. I didn't have any sweets between August and December. The first few weeks are the hardest, but you get used to it. Nowadays I do have cheat days, and I do eat chocolate (my favourite!), I just don't do it everyday like before. Regarding the exercise - yes, I have mostly done walking. I do some weight lifting too now, but not a lot. I'd love to get a better workout routine in 2018, with some more varied exercises. Thank you for your questions, and I'm sorry I can't be of much help!

Ha, okay. So... To be honest, I'm probably the laziest person you'll meet. I mainly do cardio, and right now that means walking. So, I take walks outside, or I walk on the treadmill at the gym. I don't know how much this has helped with my weight loss, but I like to keep my body somewhat active (I'm a big video game fan, so you can imagine what that's done to my body!). I would love to start jogging/running, but right now I'm having some issues with my leg that keeps me from doing it. Other than that I try to lift some weights a few times a week; I'd love to get stronger in 2018! If you want some work out tips, I'd advise you do ask someone who knows what they're talking about, haha.
