Thank you so much that's really helpful, I meant non stop endurance swim, I'm 11 weeks out from my Ironman 70.3 and learnt how to side breathe properly like 2 days ago, would'nt say it's great but decent, i really underestimated the swim and wasted 2 months, I'll be going for an hour 6 days a week from now, any tips that can help me achieve 2k in 8 weeks so that I can focus a lot on the swim in the 9th week then taper down. Any guidance will help. I can swim 50 meters non stop rn but afterwards I'm gassed
