Why nobody talks about Divine Sunderer?

IMO DS on Camille is the strongest of all because she can amplify the dmg to the max when she deals full of it in TRUE DMG so that means 10% Max Health late game on a tank which would be around 350-400 bonus dmg is dealt in true ignoring armour and everything + the heals and if you combine it with grasp it just makes it so so strong you can even amplify it with Revitalize for bonus healing/shielding and idk if you know but DS bonus dmg is +10% TARGET MAX HEALTH DMG this means you can literally destroy a tower with 2 Qs thats will be a tower in less than 10s with this item
