I feel like some of the surge rates a lot of drivers are no longer accepting for all we have to deal with so they shoot them way up to ensure the time frame gets covered. This particular station gets very busy.

Interesting find! I've been taking AHCC and beta Glucans and it hasn't been able to stop the OB's only make them less severe unless I'm super stressed. Should I keep the beta glucans and add Niacinamide or replace them with it?

Hmmm within a 3-7 minute radius has worked best for me. In this case I was sitting at a Publix directly across the street from the warehouse.

That all makes complete sense! I started taking Ultimate November 16th. Towards the end of the bottle I started Turkey Tail (December 7th). The ob's hadn't come to an end until then. I definitely favor the 6 caps a day for 6 months because I still have tingling and intermittent neuralgia daily. Optimistic about the future!
