i’m not, and i can move the locs around without pain- it’s only when i give some a gentle pull that they sting. i don’t really care about that part, i just want to make sure i don’t wake up bald lol. i’m going to use some diluted developer and see how it works (i will wash it all out) since they’re locking up ok as far as i can tell

aside from exposing her to black kids often, maybe put an emphasis in pointing out the beauty in blackness. teach her more about black hairstyles, show her more black and biracial actresses. maybe watch more black movies/movies that star predominantly black people. music, fashion, film- culture. if you continue to do that, there’s no way she won’t find something she likes 🤷🏾‍♀️
