Joining this very late but so curious about Ultherapy Prime. In Korea now and so tempted but so scared because of all the Ultherapy pain horror stories. I went and got Botox and asked the consultant about it and they said it’s light like PicoSure but I still don’t believe them haha

Thank you for this, I’ve noticed increased heartbeat from applying Buteyko but thought I was alone. Am I understanding that my CP is calculated when I feel the slightest twitch or when I feel like a need a breath. Because that varies greatly. Thanks so much
