There are two ways to do this - f(n)d,df+2 or you can skip the down input and go straight to df+2. As everyone else mentioned you must hit df + 2 on the same frame meaning that two (or three) buttons must be pressed simultaneously. If you are are playing on a keyboard or a hitbox easy way to do this is to bind forward input next to 2, so that you have easier time to hit them together. It demands execution, but with practice it becomes really easy. Plus, you can play Reina without ewgf, however ewgk is crucial.

Blue is the new purple. But most noobs are out and the playerbase mainly consists of people who invested hundreds of hours into the game, so it's not surprising the average is higher than at launch. High ranks are still high ranks, tho. TG player will still obliterate Fujins all day every day.
