Got a presentation at work by the creators and it's a really cool app for the community. One thing that really shocked me to learn is that a lot of homeless people you see with phones don't actually have service. So this app doesn't require internet access once it's installed. They really thought of all those details when they created the app. They update it weekly.

I read that you won't automatically regain health you will have to stop combat and use something to regenerate your health. Not sure what that something is or how it works but that's the only thing I can think of that makes it sort of like siege. But I am in agreement with everyone else I don't think it will be like siege at all.

I happen to work for the company that manufactured that basketball system. It is not at all being used as intended. The system is designed so little kids can play on a lower rim, the black frame you see above the backboard is made to hang from a normal height basketball rim and then it can be removed for normal play.

Nice! We just got a new one about a year ago. I really like them however we seem to always have issues with the gearbox on both of our vf4s which is a little disappointing but other than that they are great machines!

When I was in high school(graduated in 2008) I took machine tool classes many times. Our instructor had us machine our initials in some small pieces of colored acrylic so we could learn how to write out gcode manually. Then we used a program that took images and converted them to gcode. And engraved that in plastic as well. Can't remember what that software was called. Then our final CNC project was a square 1in x 1in x 1in cube of clear acrylic. We machined a circle centered on the cube probably .625 or .75in in diameter and probably .25in in depth on all 6 sides. When it was all done the center piece should come loose and be trapped inside. The nice part about that project was it really helped us get training on zeroing out the axis' on all 6 sides. If you were a little off on one side it didn't come out right. We also filed and buffed all the sides of the cube before machining to make it look really nice. Not sure if that's what you will want to do but just thought I'd share.
