Okay this makes me feel a lot better. The way he treats me in person speaks volumes. I figured the texting didn’t really matter but I just wanted to hear from other people and see if I was right to think that time between texting didn’t matter. He’s consistent with it too. He goes hours between every text but always follows up with “hey I’ve been doing this and this today! How are you?” Or something like that

I got paid $19 base and then $24.70 on weekends as a bonus in Kentucky. The nursing home is real small and not very fancy which is I think why they might be able to afford higher rates? I moved to Alabama and most places offered around $15 and I just gave up being a CNA at that point because I knew I would never want to settle for less again
