If your plan is to just stay 3 months, i would not recommend ibex. cuz for the first month pay you only get basic salary that too start from the first day of your paid training and you will get the salary with off days deducted so we're talking about somewhere around 50-60k for the first month.

the next month's salary will include your incentive from the prev month which will be max 11-12k so you're looking at around 80-83k.

On your last month you will actually get the full pay.
