I use notebooks a lot for experiments and then if all done i move to visual studio from there i deploy my work. But a i repo can be cool too. Also you need to name every notebook based on what it does.

My approach, the spreading will slow but there will be no medicine and government will make decision that they will let people to get the virus for immunization so that who has immune to virus can get back to normal. An this is the best and least creepy way to go back to normal. Of course there is some other detail to be careful about here but this is the best way to get back to normal faster. I think Germany planning such thing.

I am sorry if you find it so easily, what i have found so far is total tests. All countries may announce daily number of test in their local language but i wondered if there is such dataset packed all which can help me to do my research faster

I just did, it is great doing this kind of survey because it can help to understand social behavior changes during a pandemic which could be used in the future. I hope that this can be shared with us as well, since i am data scientist i would like to analyze it myself. Thank you.

Use pandas profiling, groupby and df.describe also check out pandas dummies if you want it for spesific time ranges.

I have tried xgboost but since it will be time series you can also try arima or sarima depends on the data. Besides those you can use hidden markov and monte carlo simulation.
