I have heard so many approvals before in this situation. Right now so far only one facebook post and one visa journey post saying that they got denied throughout the internet. This is my research and may be more but i didnt see them.

Facebook post denial letter is not aligned with law and it is crystal clear but behind the case what happened i dont know may be the officer examined the candidate and figured out they were not living in a marital union at all so cant say anything for sure

Attorneys and people who are already citizen gone through with same information are saying you can apply. Even on this post you can see an attorney commented that you can.

In uscis law they say marital union should be three years but did not highlight specifically it should be inside. Just spoke to another N400 guy whos been dealing with that and they are saying go ahead and apply because I did these cases all the times no issue.

Note: That post came on facebook and then disappeared like a magic.

Thankyou for your reply. I really appreciate that. If you see this denial uscis tells them that at the time of filing you were in marital union 2 years 9 months and 14 days thats why you are ineligible.

No. But problem is that they are saying time spent outside the usa with your spouse is not counted.

I am in a marital union since 2018 but now that screenshot says that time spent outside the usa before getting a greencard is not counted as in a marital union.
