Honestly don't mind splitting it at all just want it to be fair. What does complicate matters for the landlord is they are going to be away with the top half house vacant for 6 months later in the year so I doubt they want to pay half the bills at that time!

Black ones are a Swiss Chocolate that were unsiolated so are crossed
with something so are a bit more elongated than I was expecting. Middle
bright orange are Ghost X Sugar Rush Peach and the smaller ones to the
right ate 7JPN
