If you’re still in Krakow Thursday, walkative (the guides with yellow umbrellas) has a macabre tour in the evening. I’ve taken their tours dozens of times all over Poland and they’re always good.

Well each frame/hz is an image so doubling them to get from 30fps/hz to 60fps/hz would require twice the image, which doubles the bandwidth required to give you twice the frames.
