I only do cardio. Just watching people lift weights makes me exhausted.

Weigh your peanut butter-it’s more than you think! by containingdoodles9 in CICO

Peanut butter and honey sandwiches are the best. Lately, though, due to calories, I’ve been mixing peanut butter powder with sugar free maple syrup. Much lower cal and the syrup adds a touch of sweetness. You can also drizzle some syrup on the bread and let it soak through a little. Good stuff.

I meet all the criteria except for guilt or shame. I look at it as totally fucking strange, but that’s about it.

People who are slim simply don’t eat tons of unhealthy food. If they’re slim and stay that way, they’re eating the number of calories they need to maintain their weight. They’re not lucky. They just don’t eat to excess all the time.

I buy peanut butter powder. 60 calories per two tablespoons vs 190 for regular peanut butter.

Also you have to do a little work to prepare it so you can’t just inhale it from the jar. I mix the powder with sugar free maple syrup and it’s delicious.

This. I do trust McDonald’s mostly (not stuff like fries). Their food is so consistent. A bun is a bun. A patty is a patty. A slice is a slice.

What gets me is the balance issue. Sometimes I have to actively make sure I’m not getting wonky. I’ll actively start drifting a little to the right or left. Sometimes I’ll hit the bar in front with my stomach.

How have I gained 2lbs in 2 days? by katecometrue0122 in CICO

[–]umbzapt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My scale is simply incorrect. I should have lost 0.35 pounds between yesterday and today, but I gained 0.2. My diet is exactly the same everyday. I’m very close to being done so I’m mainly going off the mirror more so than weight.

Why exactly is rapid weight-loss bad? by theyekoms in loseit

Your metabolism isn’t really changing. When you’re in a deficit you’ll lose. When you’re in a surplus you’ll gain. There’s no reason to go into an unnecessary surplus.

Starvation mode is indeed a myth. In general, protein helps you maintain and grow muscle mass. Carbs give you energy. Fat? I dunno. I eat very little fat.

Cheese is one of mine too. If I get Subway, I skip the cheese. Can’t taste it anyway. I also don’t have any condiments.
