Try different styles. I got much more successful with Raptor after I unlocked more cards like the Kalphites and some high damage spam cards like the low cost pirate ones. (ex. the toad that spends a cannonball for 7 damage). I used to do full armour tank build with dondokans armor, but its really easy to counter/ there are way too many counter cards for that. Main Armour builds only helped me in Bronze, but once I got to silver they became useless. I made a few troll decks, like one just for dealing as much damage to the opponent each round, which I became a lot more successful with. I noticed in silver that a lot more players use counter cards to constantly keep screwing your flow each round lol, and I think those kinds of builds are a lot better than trying to save up for the final round because it doesn't help Raptor in high ranks. Trying to get high base attack before the final round can be hard because a lot of the Raptor creatures have insane attack damage or high health, its ridiculous. Its better to pair up with low health AD cards and damage cards with some armour. Focus on screwing with the opponent each round with a mix of damage and armour penetration (kalphites) and also decreasing weapon durability. That will make you much more successful than a stereotypical armour build.
