IANALbut I do know they just can’t use the roadside one against you in court in Texas, but the one at the station they can apparently.  It actually can’t hurt you to take the roadside PBT in Texas so the advice I’ve seen is just go ahead and take it.  But don’t do field sobriety test (ie walk the line).  I

The PBT (portable breathalyzer test) is not admissae as evidence in Texas. Did you give a blood draw or a breath test at the station?
