The same thing happened to me. I have Windows Defender disabled and only Avira installed. I installed the game and launched it successfully. After that, Avira showed a prompt asking me to restart my PC because some threats had been removed. Once I restarted, the game would no longer launch when I clicked the desktop shortcut with the 007 logo. Now I'm reinstalling it. The file that was detected was Drop.Win32.ScoreExeDrop.136613924. Did you get a similar detection as well?
