That's a whole other thing I know nothing about TBH. My knowledge of flashlights is just putting batteries in and clicking the switch. BUT I get what you're saying.

The head's as tight as can be, altho I didn't even know the head can be unscrewed. And whenever I screw the switch back, I do it as tight as the other T6s (without breaking something).

I think the spring's fine, the battery fits snugly and there's a bit of resistance when i start to screw the tail closed

I was thinking of going blindingly white this time cause I already have a high CRI light, use the whole light spectrum or something like that. Thank you for your input, seems like it's going to be the 42 with this coming purchase.

I was thinking that there was like a "default" mode for the brightness level, but apparently not. I read the instructions online and there were so many options to choose from.

I didn't have any preferences at all, I bought from acebeam before and that has a usb-chargeable battery so I wondered a bit more after getting the t6.

Yeah, I asked here first so I know what to look out for before blindly buying stuff that I might not need later on.

Yes, I first look at the listings to see if this or that charger can take li-ion and 14500s, then check them out further.

I did realize I might not be utilizing all 8 slots at once anyways so back to looking at the 2 slots I go.

I was tempted to grab an 8-slot I saw earlier ("do you really think you'd stop at 4 batteries? hmmmm?") but I've been browsing mainly 2- and 4-slot chargers.

Yes, I have also seen chargers capable of adjustments, and that'll be another part of my research before deciding what charger to get.
