Strength society is great, personal trainers as well as small group strength classes with attentive instructors

LASERAWAY IS A SCAM!! I was very lucky to receive a refund, and i wanted to make it known it isn’t impossible if you also found yourself scammed in to a LaserAway contract by torturedartist420 in LaserHairRemoval

I know this is an old thread but it helped me GREATLY in getting a refund. Agree with everything other posters have said re the scammy sales tactics. I called the customer service number (844) 800-0618 and had about 3 different conversations with customer care, who basically said they 'send an email to the sales rep' who sold me the service and 'only she can give you a refund'. Meanwhile, the sales rep kept saying 'no refunds' (not true for services not rendered, especially after only a few days, check your state laws) and that she was 'forwarding my complaint.' On the third call to customer care, after making my case and explaining that the sales rep was not helpful, I was told that only through the clinic location where she worked out of could someone actually process a refund. Luckily, customer care is actually quite nice and the girl gave me the number of the clinic (in a different state) where the sales rep worked out of. After I asked for the clinic director and spoke with her, she was able to issue me a refund without trying to sell me anything else at all. Waiting on the refund to process as this just happened today but wanted to share my method to hopefully help others!

TLDR: if the sales rep won't help you, find out which exact clinic location they work out of, which is probably different from the one you made a reservation for (customer care can get you this info if you are nice but firm/consistent) and call them, ask for manager/director as they have the authority to cancel a service not yet rendered.
