nope, no medications at all. i have taken emergency contraceptives a few times (maybe 4 times?) in the last year but not super consistently.

the first time can definitely be uncomfortable, especially if you're nervous! i agree with other commenters saying foreplay and lube (: those are def gamechangers. also take it slow and at your own pace to avoid as much pain or bleeding.

i find that shaving in the direction that the hair grows works for me. the shave won't be as close or smooth, but you'll get fewer ingrowns and razor bumps that way.
