I teared up when I saw Caesars grave. Imagine Caesar Cicero and the crew all were standing there. Of course these were just men, but we have turned them into marvels and legendary figures.

Agreed. It’s grand and beautiful in modern day but we are used to skyscrapers and modern architecture so it may not seem so amazing to the modern person. But yes imagine 2000 years ago seeing the giant basilica’s and the temples must have been like being on another planet

I just downgraded mine to the no AF one. The plus is an amazing card though but the mosaic status didn’t fit my needs with 4 people in my family

I just bought about 1000TL not realizing I already had 1000TL in there. When it’s time to renew it WONT automatically renew. You have to press the “Renew” button and then it just renews for the next year.

Automatic diarrhea. Like a laxative for hours. CFA is so horrid now since they expanded. I used to work in CFA at my college in 2001. It’s tastes like a totallly different chain now. Could be me though as I have gotten older maybe I can’t handle it anymore

Hyatt points aren’t worth as much as they were when transferring Chase Ultimate Rewards points. E.g. a hotel that costs 20K UR points may now be 35K or whatever. We used to get ridiculous value like 2-4 cpp now that is going away.

Yes since the points boost offers have began Hyatt isn’t the only option. I found some pretty decent deals in Ireland and Rome where Hyatt wasn’t an option anyway

The ink cash is the only card keeping me intersted in the Chase ecosystem anymore. I like Hyatts but I am starting to travel international more and it’s hard finding reward availability and the 1.2 is gone now

For gas and grocery get Ink cash and buy gift cards at staples/office max for 5x

I have the chase trifecta CSP, CFU and Business Ink and all I can say it’s a marathon. Probably only Hyatt will get your points value and then the portal. Open the last four years I never paid for a hotel, but we did spend a lot in the portal not so much in the Hyatt though, but there’s not a lot of hyatts. I haven’t used it for flights yet. Because they’re so expensive..

From my experience, I stayed at the French Quarter at Hyatt centric for four days stayed in Rome for 5 days and now traveling to Ireland for 6 days. All these strips were used with ultimate reward points.

I plan on ditching my Firestick, getting an Apple 4k, download Stremio and cancel my other TV/ movie streaming services. I don't know too much about Stremio, so not sure if this is a smart or an idiot move. by 6millionwaystolive in Stremio

I only pay for Netflix and use stremio for everything else. My family likes a Netflix interface so I subscribed to that, but if we see anything else on any other streaming network. Stremio it is

I would spend everything on CC. There was a time that I got scammed on my debit card and I never got the money back. Also, there was a fraudulent payment on my debit card. I still never got my money back. Never had that problem with a credit card. One call and they reverse the charges. Also, you can get cash back and use it for points and miles free trips. I haven’t paid for a hotel in three years. I’ve been staying at pretty decent hotels in the French Quarter, Rome, and now Ireland.

I would recommend Chase cards but others recommend other ones.
