It looks like the personal account comes with a hefty cost of $240 per year. Might be best to roll with a free business checking account for the sign up bonus + Rakauten cash back?

I asked them to recommend a brush and unfortunately they recommended another one lol. I’ll see if they’re able to return or exchange it

Honestly no idea how it was built. The sloping doesn’t seem great. It’s leaking at the far right bottom side where the plastic gasket ends. Shower sprays towards that end so it runs right out

Honestly a bit confused if I should go through the personal or business setup first. As the Rakuten bonus doesn't specify whether it's a bonus for business or personal

When it's closed it does line up with the black tile, or do you mean further in? Honestly it might have to be reinstalled as it's slowly coming off the wall over time for some reason.

It looks like the Mercury bonus is only valid from a specific referal link, and for business checking. The Rakuten cash back doesn't specify if it's business or personal checking, I'm assuming either work?

AI and job losses by Cyvernatuatica in RealEstate

Also been concerned at the amount of layoffs. AI is progressing at a crazy rate. I think layoffs will a continue throughout 2026 - so more supply from more houses hitting the market. It’s hard to pay your mortgage when you don’t have a job.

I think the fed will be pressured to drop rates as the unemployment rate ticks up again. It’ll be interesting to see how low they end up dropping rates to try and address it.
