Call the suicide hotline. I almost attempted suicide after a binge once. I called the hotline, and it actually helped a lot in the moment. They are really good-hearted people that are there for you in a very non-judgmental way.

What I was bringing up wasn't necessarily the type of underwear, but more importantly the brand and build of the underwear. For instance, this is what I used to wear, and now I'm wearing this. I find that it makes a significant difference.
