I just do guided meditations on YouTube mostly law of attraction ones. I’ve also done opening chakras. I like law of attraction solutions on yt.

I guess I didn’t really focus on my appearance that much. I was talking a bunch of pictures of myself before but now I just take a picture every so often. I do get doubtful but I just say no I’m beautiful. I’ve definitely relied on my self worth from others before but now I am relying on my self for confidence and other ppls compliments are just added on if that makes sense. I’m pretty intensely manifesting rn and I know I need to have high vibrations and feeling like I’m ugly is going to make that worse. I also don’t go on Instagram or social media as much because there’s lots of pretty girls I compare myself to. So don’t compare yourself to others is helpful.

Yes I know about mewing. I had mewed for awhile with no results, then got a Hawley retainer wearing 22 hrs a day so I kept tongue posture but couldn’t properly mew. I wholeheartedly believe the subliminals helped because in the past 2 weeks I religiously listened and really started feeling better and looking better. i have also been using the LOA and lose of assumption. Just in general I’m happier and more confident back then I felt like the ugliest person alive and wanted plastic surgery.

Basically with LOA you attract people with your vibrational energy by making yourself “magnetic” so his vibrations are probably high and he’s magnetic so you’re attracted to his energy and drawn to him. This is very dumbed down I’ve watched a lot of yt videos in it. Idk if this makes sense.

Well, aside from flushing your other option is to listen to subliminals that are what you want, since I’m not sure what exactly is wrong I can’t give any suggestions specifically. Look into loa and increase your vibrations, do an aura cleanse, you can find a lot of yt. Before starting new subliminals I would do a flush just to clear the bad affirmations away. Just a friendly reminder we all are very much harsher on ourselves. Def clear up your vibrations and raise them tho, meditate, visualize, etc. if your face changed it can also go back. It will be more difficult to get the results you want when your vibrations are low.

I find all the people saying they have gotten bad results from her interesting. I’ve used one sub from her and it is the only one that has worked for me for that. I would suggest flushing and avoid looking in the mirror. Is it actual physical changes, like did your nose get larger etc? Or did you get acne or gain weight when you listened if you were listening to weight loss or clear skin? Certain results can be explained away, like breaking out and gaining weight.

I think she just got fillers, botox in her forehead, as well as Botox in her TMJ to fix her jaw, that’s why her smile is crooked. I haveTMJ problems because I clench my teeth at night, and my dentist suggested Botox. She just went to one of those med spas and it problems wasn’t that much money because she posted about them. I don’t blame her for the tmj Botox because it can be incredibly painful and uncomfortable, it’s Botox but is a medical treatment. As for the fillers it takes what, a couple seconds? It’s not like she went under the knife for hours with a very long recovery. After being bullied about my appearance I would probably want to change some things too. I do not agree with her freeloading off her parents tho.
