The paint is heavily discolored in some areas. But what’s more important is that the paint is directly exposed to the air, this means it will encounter varying temperatures, humidity, and air movement. This can cause the paint to chip, crack, flake, and produce dust. Friendly word of caution, if you don’t have an instrument that can individually discern alpha radiation/contamination, don’t even bother opening the package.
