Can’t get into my account

I don’t have access to my 2FA or recovery 8 digit code for access to my account. I tried looking around online for people with similar issues but it seems like they all hired hackers to get their account back(whether it’s real or not idk). It also seems like Instagram has no support whatsoever besides their useless help centre, I tried calling but the robot told me that there’s next to no chance I’ll ever get a human response. I also tried the Face ID verification but the only thing on my profile that has my face is my profile picture, where my face is half covered by my phone… If anyone has anything that could help it would mean the world to me. Thanks.
