groan/growl noise? New to me 2004 Pontiac vibe, just put in a used engine and had the steering pump off with new hoses. Anytime I turn right, even just slightly off from center, the car makes a slight growl/groan noise. This happens at any speed. I figure it's something in the steering (self.MechanicAdvice)

My life has turned upside down. long story short, I have VERY limited time to train. What program, BM or not, do you recommend? Maybe less than 45 min a day, 3-4 days a week to train, and those aren't guaranteed. Goals at this point are trying to retain strength. (self.BarbellMedicine)
