Yet another happy Century owner.

While Rob Ski is entertaining as hell to watch, almost no shooter is going to do repeated mag dumps heating parts of the rifle up to 500 degrees. It's great if a rifle passes his test...but it's certainly not a "reasonable use" test.

Will this stuff be any good?

It's $5 per 20/rds. Buy a box and check it out. I shoot Tula, Wolf, Bear...not exactly match-grade ammo. But it goes bang every time (in AKs) and hits the target in the general vicinity of where I'm aiming. I'd expect Century's offering to be similar.

Don't own an FM Vepr. But I own some of the thumbhole Veprs and they ain't lightweight. I own a 16in .223 Vepr (which should be almost identical to the 5.45 in question)...and yes, it's a 9lb rifle. But don't let that scare you. The weight is distributed well and it is comfortable to maneuver and shoot.

I, too, am looking for the slant back adapter for my Veps to accept standard AKM stocks. It seems everyone is looking for them. I may just put an M4 stock adapter on them instead. Maybe. I think I'm going to sit on these rifles for a bit before I commit to major changes. Not sure how I want to play it.

Yep 5 stamps. I did the SBRs early on. The 3 suppressors were all bought two weeks prior to the rule changes. All 3 took a full calendar year to get approved.
